Grasp the loads of the berry season with a tumbler of fruity goodness


  • apple juice or mineral water, elective
  • about 140.0g blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (or employ a combination), plus extra to support
  • 1 dinky ripe banana
  • runny honey , to support


  1. Chop the banana into your blender or food processor and add the berries of your preference. Whizz till mute. With the blades whirring, pour in juice or water to procure the consistency you appreciate. Toss a few extra fruits on high, drizzle with honey and support.
