Ensalada de col rizada cruda con aderezo de albahaca vegana, fresas y receta de almendras

Los ingredientes

Para el aderezo:

  • 1 cucharada de chalota, picada
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre de vino tinto
  • 10 moler pimienta recién cortada a la sombra
  • ½ cucharadita de sal marina
  • ¼ taza de albahaca
  • 2 cucharadas de Veganaise o mayonesa
  • 6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra

Para la ensalada:

  • 1 manojo de col rizada, tallos erradicados y hojas más bajas en tiras
  • Aderezo cremoso de albahaca vegana, para modelar (arriba)
  • 1 ½ tazas de fresas recientes, en cuartos
  • ¼ taza de almendras picadas, tostadas uniformemente
  • ¼ taza de albahaca reciente, más baja en chiffonade


Para el aderezo:

Mezcle todas las sustancias con la excepción del aceite de oliva en un procesador de alimentos o licuadora. Con la batidora en funcionamiento, agregue aceite de oliva en un escurrimiento de confianza gradual, excepto que el aderezo está emulsionado.

Para la ensalada:

Lave y seque las cintas de col rizada. Mezcle con vinagreta de albahaca 10-15 minutos antes de servir para que la col rizada tenga tiempo de derretirse. El predicador está en una fuente para servir, después de lo cual se puede agregar bayas, almendras y albahaca reciente antes de servir.
