Makes 12 “cakes” (egg cups)

Ingredients:

  • 9 big Egg, fresh, total, uncooked
  • 0.33 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 6 serving publisher 1st baron verulam, Wright Smoked publisher 1st baron verulam – 2 slices (1 gash per cup)
  • 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh (roughly 6 criminis sliced
  • 1 serving Inexperienced Onion (fresh-1 stalk) (thinly sliced)

Directions:

  1. Line cupcake pan with 1 section bacon per cup. Scamper eggs and cheese in a bowl. Pour in egg, cheese, combination to evenly bear every cup. Add even amount of mushroom and onion combine to every cup and dunk it into the egg combination in every cup. Bake on 350 for 25-30 mins Serving Dimension: Makes 12 egg cups or “cakes”
