Formulation:
- 40.0 oz.Tyson boneless, skinless rooster breast
- 1.0 stick Butter, unsalted
- 8.0 clove Garlic
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1.0 medium (2-1/2″ dia) Onions, raw
- 8.0 oz.Cream Cheese
- 1.0 cup Hen stock, residence-willing
Directions:
- Express thawed rooster in sluggish cooker. Add the butter. Express the garlic and sliced onion in, dispersing it around evenly. Sprinkle with salt. Cook dinner on low for 6 hours. Lift away and space on serving plate. For cream cheese sauce: In a pan, attach the cup of rooster stock (or liquid from the sluggish cooker) add the cream cheese and salt. Cook dinner over med low heat till the sauce is blended and creamy. Pour over the rooster.
