Ingredients:

  • 18 ozSpinach – Dole Toddler Spinach
  • 4 ozFeta Cheese
  • 4 enormous Egg, recent, entire, raw
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, entire milk
  • 5 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds)
  • 5 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
  • 5 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
  • 5 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 ozGoat Cheese, Laborious
  • 5 serving Green Onion (recent-1 stalk)
  • 5 sprigs Dill weed, recent
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash spinach or vitality greens well, dry and lower into itsy-bitsy pieces. Build rather salt and squeeze it with hands. Drain water out of spinach after 15 min.
