Substances:

  • 8 oz. pkg. Lasagna Noodles
  • 2 Tbs. & 1tsp. Olive Oil (Optionally available)
  • 2/3 c chopped onion
  • 1-lb ground turkey Breakfast Sausage, (you’ll be ready to
  • add 2 tsp-1 Tbs of Italian meat seasoning to ground turkey. Let stand overnight)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8th tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. overwhelmed sweet basil
  • 1/2-1 tsp. overwhelmed oregano
  • 3-4 drops hot sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can Italian tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c parm cheese
  • 2 c Entire tomatoes (mix for factual a minute while)
  • 3/4 c. non-elephantine cottage cheese
  • 10-1/2 slices Lite Monterey Jack cheese
  • 14 Ripe Olives (Optionally available) If spend must depend extra
  • Mushrooms to your model

Instructions:

  1. Cook dinner noodles as directed on pkg. rinse completely. Saut onions & green peppers and meat until onions and green pepper are soft. Add salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, brown a minute bit. Add tomato sauce, 1/8th tsp. Parm cheese, oregano, sweet basil, 1 tsp. garlic powder and tomatoes. Hide and simmer 20 minutes. or quite longer. Discipline 1/3 cooked noodles in backside of sprayed cake pan. Hide with 1/2 sauce, over sauce keep cottage cheese spread evenly, mushrooms and lay on cheese slices. Over cheese slices the remainder of noodles, top with closing sauce. Sprinkle with remainder of Parm. cheese and Bake. YUMMY! This recipe change into light Weight Watchers, counted: 4 Protein, 1 elephantine, 1 Bread, 10 cals. (if spend olives).
