My adaptation of a light-weight salad dressing from the cookbook, “The Current American Weight loss program.” I in particular win pleasure from this on a salad with infant spinach, wild rice or both.


  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (if you happen to appreciate candy, add an additional teaspoon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard or brown mustard (more to attend emulsification than so that you can add taste)
  • 1 speed garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 speed cayenne


  1. Combine all substances in a runt bowl.Mix with a wire fade.
  2. May perhaps well also just even be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
